"Fiery Venezuela President Hugo Chavez will 'wrap up' his controversial NYC visit early this morning to return home to Caracas, sources say.Remember that this is the guy who whenever things start getting tough in his own country he starts to accuse the US of trying to invade Venezuela. So don't be surprised if he makes some wildass claim that Bush tried to assasinate him while he was in New York or some other foil hat idea like that.
